I bought the “Coppola” theme on Envato
I installed it on wordpress hosted on my hosting provider
I had many problems that forced me to uninstall it
I reinstalled my wordpress,
I requested the installation to install my theme correctly
but now it says: “The code is already registered for another domain”.
That’s why it’s not activated and the theme features can’t be unlocked.
Can someone please help me ?
Could I have other Purchase code to use in another WordPress ?
You need to contact the author and ask them to advise you. It sounds like you installed it on one domain, then uninstalled it, and put it on a DIFFERENT DOMAIN name, hence why it failed.
