I have a purchase code that is now getting a message that the code is not valid. I had used it for a site and the theme was activated using the purchase code I received. I deleted wordpress to reset my site and now the purchase code is not working. Tried to send a message through support, but since the purchase code is coming up as not being valid, I can’t open a support ticket! Theme is Blabber, from Ancora Themes. What is the quickest way to get this resolved?

you can contact them in several ways:

here, on the profile page sending a message (log in to able to send a message)

or you can just let them know that you need help and send them a comment on the comment page of the theme

or you can always click on the “Support” tab below the title of the theme and get information about how to get support

or you can always send them a presale question on the support page because you are not able to open a support ticket
I am sure they are going to help you, my experience is that their support is really good.
