Purchase code not registering

Purchased an Avada license, copied the purchase code to the dashboard page, clicked ‘register now’ and the circular loader just keeps circling (for an hour now already). I created a support ticket, but the auto-reply mentioned ‘it may take up to 4 days before we can get back to you.’ … any other way I can move forward?

I think you should to keep patience and author support team will reply as quickly they can.

But -
You can let the theme author know about it by posting comments going through the Item Comments page.

Or send them a direct email going through the author profile page, there you will find a contact form.
