I bought a theme, and i have no chance to get the purchase code. There is no dropdown in the download button and i also didnt get an email with a code. My bill contain no code either. What can i do?? Ty for help
I suggest you can contact to author before Envato support. Because author inform you your purchase status basic info. in case purchase cancelled or reversals then item not showing in your downloads. then you will need to contact Envato support.
Hey guys Ty so much for your replies. Some minutes ago I found out it was a Mac problem (browsers). Been able to download the purchase code with my smartphone. I told support too. Thanks again
