Thanks, i did it again, but when i push the activate button in wordpress for “Ultimate Membership Pro” appears that message: “You have entered an invalid purchase code or the Envato API could be down for a moment.”.
The purchase code is the same in txt, pdf and in the support page, i put that code to open a ticket and it works, but the same code doesn´t work for activate the “Ultimate Membership Pro” license.

Hi

Envato API personal token:
You can generate Envato API personal token here . Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account

Before you create a new token at least the following permission should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made

Hope this will help you.

Thanks

Same problem here under the same product ‘Ultimate Memership Pro’ :frowning:

Any help?

Hi, finally my problem was about the configuration of the certificate in the Curl.
This was the solution:
Amend the location of your certificate file to match your own setup:

Download “cacert.pem” from here: http://curl.haxx.se/docs/caextract.html.
Save the cacert.pem file anywhere on your system.
Example: Since you’re modifying both php.ini, and telling PHP where to look for this file on a Windows server, save the cacert.pem in “C:\PHP\Extras\SSL”.
Open your php.ini file. If your php.ini file doesn’t have the curl.cainfo line, just add it to the end of the file, then add the file path where you saved your cacert.pem file:

Change:
; curl.cainfo =
To:
curl.cainfo = “C:\PHP\Extras\SSL\cacert.pem”;
Restart your server.
