Purchase code from a testing environment to a released website

Good Morning, I’ve moved a website from the testing environment to release one, I’ve removed the old testing installation and copied my purchase code on the new public website but I’ve di unregistered label yet. I don’t remember what was the code, I’ve purchased many licenses for Avada. How can I solve it? Thanks

Hi @cigiesse,

Log into (or register an account) ThemeFusion’s support website at Login / Register - ThemeFusion | Avada Website Builder - and navigate to the purchase codes tab to see the details of your licenses and the domains registered against them and try to unregister it from the old domain.

If you can’t find that option, or if those steps aren’t working for you, open a support ticket with them at Submit A Ticket - ThemeFusion | Avada Website Builder
