Hello, I purchase a theme ‘Claue’ by Jan Studio and tried getting support but I couldn’t register on their website because the Purchase Code I got from Envato they kept saying was invalid. Please help me out.

May be something wrong with Your Author Website purchase code verification process. So, the best way to get solution is Contact your purchased Theme Author.
