purchase code for ATOMX EXTENSION not working

I’ve downloaded this package that uses atomX extension to function: Instagram Stories and Motion Graphics | Titles & Transitions Premiere Pro Template by GrussGott on Envato Elements

The “Item License Code” given in the LICENSE CERTIFICATE file does NOT work when activating this premiere pro extension.

I have an envato elements account and I run into this kind of issues every time there is an item that needs activation!

Please help me, I need to finish this project asap.

Hi @daveAraya,

Envato Elements don’t provide any purchase code. You don’t need any purchase codes to use Element’s items. You can just ignore any requests to enter one. please just ignore entering the purchase code and it should work fine for you.

If the Item not work without entering those things then you can go to author envato market profile page and use the right side contact form and let them know.
