Purchase Code & Email Address requested when moving site live

Hi,

I bought the theme ROUA a while back and build the site locally, now I moved the site online to my hosting provider I get the below message again

Before you can use this theme, you need to provide your Purchase Code & Email Address.

I tried that but no luck, no idea how to fix this…please help

I also reached out to the author but got no response…

and use the email that you used in envato market account.

I did get the code from there before, I can not register with my email and purchase code :frowning:

Getting: Oups! It seems like the details you entered are not correct.

I checked for spaces when copying the code…Any ideas?

I get no response from the author whatsoever, can I get a refund? Looking at https://stylishthemes.ticksy.com/public-tickets/ there are many more people having the same problem and no response from the author. Real shame, have to find a similar theme and put lots of work in it again :frowning:

If you are eligable to get a refund then you can request for refund. Can I Get A Refund is an explantion of the refund policy, requirements, process and a button linking to the refund request form (bellow the How to request a refund).
