Purcahsed a medicare theme… themeforest 14444. Tried to install. It shows it failed… any idea

Assuming what you purchased is a WP theme and not some other format then 99% it’s because you are trying to upload the wrong folder https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error
I have downloaded the zip file from Medicare site after payment. Then I did what you mentioned in the link. Still the same message is coming! Could you please tell me what is installable file? I cant see it in the zip file… (There is no seperate zip file… only one zip (compressed folder) in the download
When you click “download” in your page www.themeforest.net/downloads (assuming you are logged in) the there will be an “installable
WordPress files” option?
Do you not see that? If not then could it be a different item with a similar name?

Hi charlie… thanks for the help… I am trying to make the website using the medcare theme… Unfortunately, I cant see much details how to proceed it… (No options to put pages, front photos and other galleries as shown in the preview/demo. ( I have been handling wordpress themes for more than 10 years for news blogs and medical blogs!)… But with this theme, I am even failed to construct a proper front page! If you visit www.lulumedicalcenter.com you can see how the page is now… It was a good page, I was tyring to change into this particular medicare theme… any idea, or guidelines to proceed further
If it’s an existing page built on another theme then it’s unlikely to be a fluid transition and is going to require some tweaking to get it to where you want.
There will be documentation with the theme which outlines the functionality but in terms of structuring and layouts to look right that is going to have to come from you or you could hire a designer/UX person from www.studio.emvato.com who might be able to help
