I am setting up a demo website and when trying to enter my purchase code to import the data it says it is already registered to another website.
The problem is that I have lost access to that website.
Can I reset my purchase code? I have no way to de-register the code from the site it says is using it.

You have to deactivate your purchase code that you used before then you can resister another website but you have lost your access then you can get in touch with envato support team.
