Hello everyone! I created a plugin for wordpress.
This plug-in that provides the tools for articles (including the share buttons on social) uses external libraries, such as jQuery and ShareThis.
In this case I can publish the extension on the site?

jQuery is already embeded on Wordpress, you do not have to integrate it into your plugin main file.
Concerning ShareThis, it’s different. Look at their terms of use :
You may use the ShareThis Applications and Websites only with your Site and for your personal or internal business purposes and not in connection with any other commercial purpose or application such as a toolbar, plug-in, helper, and/or component or other software that runs on an end user’s computer.
Unfortunately, I think you can’t sell a plugin which uses ShareThis code.
