Hi all,

Is there an alternative way to get support besides Ptheme support page ticket system?

Support mailed me back telling me how I’m the only one “complaining”.

I took screenshots and wrote, in the ticket what happens, and what I have done to try and resolve it.

This is hardly the way to help is it?

Any other way to get help?

  3. Direct contact using author profile page right side contact form
