Provided sign up form will not work because it does not show the letters for the section ‘I’m not a Robot’. How do I activate this?

Assuming you are talking about your website theme mean page design. If yes please check your purchased item documentation hopefully you will get necessary support. If you have still problem with the Item then the best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Item Author. How to Contact your purchased Item Author and let them know.
