Property release for (commercial) boats, bikes and the like

Hi,

I have read the rules for model and property releases, however I’m not sure whether property releases apply to the following:

  • Boats that are for commercial purposes and have company names on them. (no identifiable people)
  • Bicycles and rickshaws that are used for commercial purposes and have advertising print on them. (no identifiable people)
  • Public transport vehicles (with no identifiable people in the video sequence)

Can you please advice?

Any logo is a no-go! :grin:

Blur them out in After Effects.

Hello,

Using blur effect is the best way in this situation, so I suggest you use it.
