I was wondering, what is more effective strategy: upload works on social media (YouTube, Vimeo, Twitter, Soundcloud etc) and trying to promote them or focus on creating items ?
Because good marketing is time-consuming and if it’s not causes significant influence on sales, maybe it will be better to spend time on impoving quality of your portfolio?
What do you think?)
To save time, I just upload my VideoHive preview videos to Youtube… low file size so quick to upload, watermark already embedded etc. Then I copy and paste my item description into the video description and just add a referral link at the bottom. Doesn’t take that long. I’d say that spending time on a new item will probably make you more money, but you need a break from creating new items at some point!
