You can promote yourself, but not in the forum (posting tracks or portfolio), there are a lot of options around internet, facebook, youtube, soundcloud, instagram, etc…
Search through the forum, there are some posts about it.
And welcome to the jungle, more jungle than ever.

There are so many outstanding authors around that I don’t know where to begin. I’ll randomly pick two by now and maybe post others in a couple of weeks.
A true master of atmospheres and airy soundscapes. Music from the soul. I recommend browsing his portfolio a bit.
