I’m looking for a project management tool where admin can have a team of freelancers. The freelancers can see open tasks and send their quote. Admin then assign task. Team members (freelancers) can not see other tasks.
Many Project Mangement Tools don’t have the function to directly pay the team member per task.
Anyone know a good tool?

Monday is by far the best option - very few of these tools are really “free” if you want more than 1 or 2 users and more control over management but it has absolutely everything for project and creative management
