It is more than half an hour now looking for a place to ask this question by an email or something.
I want to purchase a template but before doing so I need to have a proform for this item, in order to apply for the approval of the expense from my university.
Any tips?

I want to purchase a template but BEFORE doing so I need to have a PROFORM (or a written offer) for this item, in order to apply for the approval of the expense from my university. This concerns a funded program and without it I cannot get my money back after the purchase.
