I paid for 6 months support of All in One Video Downloader Script
and the 3 months are still remaining but the product is removed from Envato. I am facing some problem with the script how can i contact them now?

Same here.
As soon as I bought this script, the item became no longer available.
I have some problems to make it work.
I have sent a message and also submitted a ticket.

Of course I will be patient and still waiting, but if no response from the author at all, may I ask for the refund?

I am concerned because I bought the script and asked about the issue on comment, and then the item went no longer available on the same day.
