Hello will it possible for us to get a grace period at least 2 days and email notification about items been removed. though the rule state you must download paid product s, authors update all time. when author initiate a removal process buyers should be informed and given last minute change to download. its frustrating the way its working now. thank you
It’s been discussed many times but unfortunately envato do not own the files or copyright making this very difficult to do without altering the author agreement with everyone which is obviously a big job.
Even then in some cases for example if a copyright claim was bought against a file then it would need to come down immediately while this was investigated.
