I purchased the VidMov Theme and successfully installed it on a Host Gator account. Sadly it had so many 502 Bad Gateway issues that the author recommended I use a different host.
So I decided to get Fast Comet. I used Duplicate Lite and got the site moved to the new server. However, now I can’t the features because it wants a product purchase key code again. When I put in the code from my download area it won’t take it. See attached.
Any help is appreciated as its the same domain, just new server
