Problems with Versatile and support ticket

Can anyone help me please? I’ve purchased a license for a theme called Versatile and have two issues.
Firstly the font I select don’t load. So I went to submit a support ticket with developers, Good layers, but my purchase code keeps getting rejected: ‘wrong format’. What is the ‘right’ format if it’s not the one Theme Forest has provided? Very frustrating on both counts.
