Problems with support request

Good morning, I bought the Cleanco template, I need to contact the support because the installation of the demo data I do not care about the images.

when I go to support (I can not open ticket http://kb.detheme.com/?envato_item_id=9460728) because it asks me to log in but the data I enter is not recognized (while on themeforest I log in regularly)

How can I contact support?
