Problems with hasara theme

Hi!!!
I have a problem with opal estate plugin, I can’t create nothing (properties, ameneties, locations, etc…) because there’s not add button. What am I doing wrong???

I did it but his solution didn’t solve the problem
The problem is php version, I set to 7.0 and that solved my problem.
