I’m wondering if anyone here has used Fox Themes before. I purchased the Wiso theme and I have had the most frustrating night trying to get it working on my site. I’ve now gone back to my old one and given up!
Basically there is supposed to be a theme options panel which I couldn’t find anywhere so was unable to change the templates at all and then I couldn’t install the woocommerce plug in as it told me there was a critical error. The page builder you need to have WPBakery was so slow and unresponsive I was going craxy trying to change basic things!
Does any one have any insight? I’ve tried to contact both for a refund as I felt they were completely unusable am I wrong??
