Problems with ARUN Ghost Template - how to ask for refund

Purchased the Ghost ARUN template. Looks great in the demo but there is a huge flaw. The large round graphic with the author’s picture in it is what attracted to me. But there is no way to add your own picture in that round graphic area.

How do I ask for a refund?

Have you asked a template author about that (how to change that picture)? You have 6 months of support included.

THIS is very helpful. I was not aware I had 6 months of support nor was I aware of how to contact the author. Ok, fingers crossed I can get an answer on this. I’m sure it’s fairly easy but, I just don’t see it yet.
