problems uploading porto theme

I can see my store theme file in the w-pcontent/themes directory folder bt everytime I try to switch themes in wordpress it isn’t there. I only see the preinstalled themes.
what am I missing.

  1. I couldn’t figure out how to use ftp so I just downloaded from my control panel from my service provider.

what am I doing wrong.

That is weird behaviour, no matter which theme is active all themes should be visible. If you need someone to help you with this you can message me here
