Problems Updating Porto Theme

I have Porto Theme installed on my site. After 6 months I have wanted to update my plugin and I get a message that my IP is blocked as SPAM. I thought it was because the license had expired and I have bought the Theme again and I keep getting the same message.


Envato market item license will never expired but author support can be expired (first 6 months free support).

for solving purchase code or item license registration issue will need to get support from the purchased item author. They (author) are the right team to help. you can contact item author through item comments page or author profile page or best option is through item support page.
