Problem with North one page theme

Hi we have a web page that uses the North parallax one page Theme. North - One Page Parallax WordPress Theme by Veented | ThemeForest

We have run a performance test of the web using Lighthouse tool and it’s very bad, and we are worried about google not indexing well our web because of that. Do you have any recommendations, to improve the performance?
