Problem with License Key (Freshspace)

Hi,

I’am using the HTML theme Sentinel to create my website. The license key of my product don’t work on Freshspace and I can`t use the forum (message: “Your purchase code has been added”).

First of all thanks for replying. I have tried to contact the author of the theme sentinel several times whith envato without success anybody can help me to contact them?

I have go to that hiperlink and I send mails to Freshspace for two or three times. I think that the mail form don’t work or they don’t receive my mails. Do you know if there is another way to contact them?
