Problem with UltimatePOS Inventory

Hello! I purchased and have installed an UltimatePoS Inventory on my system and we’ve been using it for like 6 months now. I discover that the system becomes slower and takes a longer time to extract a report you want to get. At first instance, it was fast and takes less than a time to get a report but as time goes, it becomes slower and takes a longer time to sieve for a report. For instance, stock report, it took me like an hour before the stock report details could come up. Please what’s the solution?
