Problem with installation from Wolve Template

Hello,

I bought the Wolves template from Tokomoo on themeforest. I followed the installation instructions step by step. I installed the template kit in the backend using the Envato Elements plugin. I also installed Elementor Pro. But I can’t generate a token. I can’t subscribe to Envato Elements. I also cannot activate the template and use it on my homepage. Can someone help me with that? Envato? Themeforest doesn’t respond.

If you purchased the template from themeforest and is asking for Envato API personal token for registering the template license then -

You can generate Envato API personal token here . Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made

I did all of that. I wrote to Elements 3 weeks ago, but I haven’t received a response. I also did the thing with the token, it just doesn’t work.

you purchased the template from themeforest or downloaded from Envato Elements?

Hello,

If you bought your item on themeforest you do NOT need to subscribe to Elements or activate the item.

Template kits are installed by downloading the zipped file from themeforest and uploading it in the Elements plugin under Elements > Installed kits. Please check the item description as tokomoo items are built for Elementor Pro which is the premium version of elementor that you DO need a subscription to. Instructions for installing are in the item description or linked below (manual import steps)
