I have problems with my Envato Elements account. I’ve downloaded Conference Template Kit from elementor but it asks me to sign up. Obviously, i’ve already signed up, so I don’t know why they ask me to sign up.
2nd problem is that when I import my downloaded templates they are not imported correctly. Some elements disappear. Why this?
