i just purchase theme from themeforest and when go to my downloads page and try to download thene page just keep loading and not downloading any theme from my list , even right now it’s still loading from last 5 mins , i also change my ip and try but still same problem

no i think it’s not a internet issue because yesterday i was facing same problem then i create new user in chrome then it works but today i try that method again but still same problem
