Problem with De-Registering licence for Slider Revolution.

Hello,

I originally had the revolution slider license for an old wordpress site that is no longer in use. I cant login to it, or access it in anyway. I am working on a new webite and im trying to activate my rev slider plugin for it, and cant due to it being “active” on another site. What should i do?
