Problem in Videohive Rating System

Hi,

We have a problem in Rating System, We have 38+ Rates but in our profile it shows only 35 Rates.

What’s happen to Rating System ?
We’ll be happy if envato team review this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

I had the same situation. I got 2 rates, but the total rating has been changed in 2-3 days. Just wait few days, and everything will be ok!
