I’m experiencing an issue while trying to import the demo content for the Flower Shop – Decoration Store and Floristic theme.
I’ve attempted the import several times, but I keep getting a “Service Unavailable” error. I’ve also tried different browsers and checked my hosting requirements, but the problem persists.
Could you please help me?

If the theme is from Elements, you don’t have access to import the demo data, you may need to get your own copy at marketplace ( ThemeForest ) and register the item before.
If it’s from marketplace and you already purchased a copy, contact the item author for the support.
Okay. But than whats the point buying theme here in envato elements?
What do you expect ? For 17$ thousands of the items while the theme price is ~39$?
Elements is mostly for video/image, not for codes.
Not everyone needs support to make updates
Surely any user would want to use their own content not dummy demo content?
Elements gives access to use/test unlimited themes before buying full copies if a user requires the support etc.
Hmm, I see your point. But the other themes worked well — only this one is causing issues. That’s why I was asking. But I guess I’ll just look for another one.
