Problem for active licence in theme EXPRODUCT (envatoelements)

Hi, I buy a suscription for envato elements, I download themes wordpress, I register project and download licence in txt, I put this code in activated licence in theme and nothing, all is same, I can not download demo content, I can not active licence, i can not contact to support. Please, Can help me?

All items on Envato Elements are created by independent authors. Due to this and the nature of Envato Elements unlimited subscription, Envato Elements cannot provide direct technical support or advice on the use of items.

Also please note Item from Envato Elements do not come with it’s own license where item from main marketplace like themeforest come with it’s own license.

Please check documentation hope there you will get how to import demo (maybe included demo import file .xml).

To install demo content, click on the DEMO IMPORT . This can obviously be seen in your screenshot.
