Problem activating the template AutoShowroom

Hi

I purchased the site template AutoShowroom and after installing it on WordPress I did not see the list of plugins shown in the video tutorial on your site… I appeared to add a module called Plasart Installation, I downloaded and activated it…

After I entered the application, an interface appeared asking me to activate the template, I pressed it and registered my entry through my account to receive a message written in it: “You don’t have any purchase of AutoShowroom WordPress Theme from haymoudane Envato account!”

I want a solution I can activate the template and import demo.
