Primrose and WooCommerce image size

Hi All

Im trying to work out why my image sizes are so HUGE for my products.

here is an example:

According to https://singlestroke.ticksy.com/article/8233/ it shoul be easy, but I dont have the “Products > Display” option???

I would be most grateful for any help.
