Well, I am new here, I mean I haven’t been really using this wonderful platform even I have signed in years ago, so i have to start learning things step by step, please welcome me 
I am officially in.
I have just recently tried to upload my first trying or a submission, it was rejected and it was “a pricing table”, honestly I wasn’t expecting my first submission going to make it the first time.
The question is:
The reason of rejection was: " and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward", okey but "and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again."
Does the second sentence mean I can’t re-submit my item even if I improve it to a better quality item.
that’s my question.
