Preview file name and id number doesn't match. How can I find the project from preview id?

I’ve downloaded some vh ae project file previews. I thought I could find them back in VH. But the preview file names and project IDs don’t match. How can I find a VH item from preview file name if there is no match?
Can you help me about that?
Thank you.

Preview file names:

Hi and welcome to the forums

Can you upload the preview videos to YouTube and then post the links to the videos here in the forums? Hopefully someone from the community identifies the items from the preview videos.

I’m sorry but why isn’t there a better way to do this? I have a number of video files I need to purchase and right now, cannot locate from the info given in the titles of the preview files.

…recommencing eating my feelings.

I’m in the same boat - I downloaded a few preview images and now that my client has chosen, I can’t find them using the file names (8122749,17110199.)

Is it not possible to search by file name? If not, how do people go back and purchase after previewing files? Am I missing something?

Hi @brightonwest & welcome to the community forums!

At this time it’s not possible to search by preview number. I believe the devs are looking into this.

Are these the items you’re looking for? You can find some items by replacing the numbers in the URL with the numbers in the file name.

In the meantime it’s probably best to create a collection and save items of interest to that collection.

Thanks! Those are the two I was looking for. I’ll be sure to create collections before downloading previews in the future!
