Prepare Audio Preview for 3 Durations

i have 3 durations for a track
what is the proper way to upload 3 variation previews so it has continuously preview in one file?
Should i bounce it into one single continuous track? but i just uploaded all three but only allowed to choose one from the drop down upload option

Yes, just make one single mp3 with all variations, separated by 2 or 3 seconds of silence, with the watermark every 10 seconds and upload and select that file as a preview.
