you can tell your customer to ask in Envato Forum. Forum community will give him answers.

Thank you … that can make it tough when looking at several designs. At ■■■■ there is a single support email to contact and they then reply for all of the themes they sell.

you have to go each theme details page individually then click on Comments tab and post your questions. Author will reply your specific questions based on the theme.
