pre sale question about Listable and TownHub

The following question is on both themes Listable and TownHub:
Does with this theme I can:

  1. Add a post (point of interest) with Lat & Long properties and not with a specific street address? (so it can be viewed on a map)
  2. Does multiple users can register (according to our policy – even with no fee) and post their articles?

I did, but they are not responding there…
