Porto Theme Payment Methods

Hello all,

I have a problem, when i click on Porto Smartwave>Settings Panel>Sales>Payment Methods then I get this error. It did show it once and when i try to go back it gives error.

The techcartel.co.za page isn’t working

techcartel.co.za is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I have spoken to hosting and they said the error is not on their side.
Any solutions?
