porto theme activation issue - ip block spam

Dear supporter

I purchase porto theme 6 hours ago. When I try to activate it. It shows “IP black or spam” not allow me to activate. I try to contact them, but only receive email shows they are too busy.

How do I solve the issue?

I already contact the supporter, it takes too long time for them to solve the issue.


If you only purchased the item 6 hours ago and left comments 3 hours ago, then it’s not really fair to say it is taking them too long.

The author clearly responds to comments very quickly based on the item pages but did to timezone differences / weekends etc it’s perfectly reasonable for it not to be instant.

Assuming you correctly submitted the issue to the support channel and not just left an item comment, then they will reply ASAP

Hi. I purchased this theme, but when I want to activate I have this error code “Your ip address is blocked as spam!!!” I checked my site IP address and not blacklisted. How can I activate this theme?
