hi admins/mods/envato staff.
in may 2018 i received an email informing me that
due to the introduction of limits for authors whose upload history shows a pattern of item submissions that do not meet our content requirements or fit the creative direction we want to take the VideoHive library
my account was assessed for 6 months and i wont be able to upload new items until the envato staff reviewed my portfolio.
more than 6 months have passed, and my question is:
how do i ask for a portfolio review?
since my portfolio was assessed 30 clips were stuck in the upload control panel, so are you guys reviewing those clips?
