Plugins Not Active

I purchased DotLife. The designer is telling me they cannot move forward because there are some plugins that are from an external source. What can be done? I bought this theme a while ago and I no longer have support.

you can check the theme documentation hopefully you will get necessary help about the theme bundle plugins.
